SPORTS ORDER FORM

Thanks for your interest in sport photos for your student! Please see below for package options and pricing. Also here are some links if you’re looking for info on senior photos or family photos.

PAYMENT:
Currently I accept Venmo, Cash or Check for payment.
My Venmo username: @mikefiechtner (2747 is the last 4 of my mobile if it asks) Please don’t click that payment is for “goods or services” as they take a small percentage from me.
If paying with cash or check please have your student bring money to their team photos. Put money in an envelope with student name written on the front.
Checks can be made out to Mike Fiechtner Photography

PHOTO DELIVERY:
Photos will be delivered directly to your student’s school and distributed there. I will not process your order unless I have received payment first.
