When I met for the first time with Mae-Lee and Jared I knew the wedding was going to be awesome......it didn't disappoint! We had spent the morning together for their engagement photosback in April and you could tell how in love they were! Oh and did I mention that they both love golf...what better reason to honeymoon in Palm Springs. We had so much fun Mae-Lee and Jared! Congrats on your marriage!
Molly and Tyler are a couple that you can't help but be happy around! They're smiling all the time....seriously....all the time. Tyler you've got a wife with an amazing smile and laugh! I had so much fun at their engagement photos and I knew that their wedding day would be even more fun! We had a great time with Megan and Brandon at their wedding! I was lucky enough to meet Brandon in college at the University of Washington where both he and Megan went. Both of them have a love of Seattle and wanted to create a wedding theme around the city. What better way to celebrate their wedding than driving downtown for photos at Pike Place Market, City Hall, Jack Block Park and finally having the ceremony in West Seattle near Alki overlooking the city! It was an amazing day with Megan and Brandon!

Met up with Cody at Alki beach in Seattle for his senior photos. Some great weather made for a fun and relaxed shoot! Cody also wanted to get a few photos in his new basketball jersey so we met up at their gym for a few more!
A month ago if you would have asked me where Liberia was on a map I wouldn't have been able to tell you. And I definitely wouldn't have been able to share anything about the country or what they've gone through in the last couple decades. In December I was asked by Locke Morgan of Restoration Ministries Worldwide and The Liberia Project to join a group on a trip to Liberia to help tell a story of the trip and the people of Liberia through my photos. I was excited and nervous all at the same time. The excitement to combine my love of photography with my love of the people of Africa was too great. After a lot of help from friends and family I had my visa and ticket to Liberia. I spent 3 weeks in Liberia meeting many amazing people and hearing many heart breaking stories of the civil war that occurred not too long ago. However, in all of those tough stories there was good that came out of each. Liberia is a country that is continuing to rebuild not only their roads and buildings after a horrific war but also their relationships. I'm hopeful for Liberia's future and I pray that my photos used by RMW and the Liberia Project can help their people!
